This 4 bedroom, 2 storey villa is located in a serene and scenic location looking out south and west across the Rift Valley towards Lake Magadi and the Tanzanian Border. The villa is newly built and fully equipped with new and contemporary furniture and fittings to ensure a comfortable stay.

As you enter the villa, you will find the spacious, and very modern open-plan living room with scenic views of the ridge and cliff top plunge pool, kitchen and dining area, with large patio doors leading to the garden and pool. The living room features a comfortable lounge area, 60 inch widescreen smart TV with a fire stick offering you unlimited options of movies and series to watch and wi-fi connection. For your entertainment, there is a great selection of books and board games to indulge in when you are looking for more quiet time.
The dining area has a table and chairs to seat 8 people and an open plan kitchen which is fully equipped with all appliances and utensils needed for an enjoyable self-catering stay. Next to the dining space, there is a separate lounge with an ethanol fireplace perfect for cold evenings where you can have a glass of wine and keep warm.
When you walk to the upper floor, where the bedrooms are located; you walk directly to the view of the 2 stories glass window with breathtaking landscape of the ridge and pool plus a beautiful chandelier pendant suspended from the roof of the home, centred to the dining room. Here you will find the 4 bedrooms, 2 kings and 2 queens. All bedrooms are en-suite and are complete with bedside cabinets.
Outdoors you will find a beautiful and sizeable garden, cliff top plunge pool, and sun lounge beds that are perfect ideal for those hot days lazing in the sun. You also have a seating space for you early morning coffee or sundowners in the evenings all at the comfort of magnificent and airy views. Additionally, there is a separate outdoor lounge adjacent to the living room where you have an outdoor barbecue gas flame grill, and an additional 8 seater alfresco dining option for breezy dinners.
The villa has both solar energy and a backup generator, hence electricity and hot steaming showers are guaranteed throughout your stay.
